Tamara Chisim
President and CEO
Tamara Chisim, has more than 20 years of managerial and leadership experience in software engineering, program management, and reengineering and improving organizational processes within both the private and government sectors. Under her direction, IE has specialized in delivering an infrastructure of repeatable processes and procedures that achieve quality products and services. A previous government employee, and a seasoned executive with a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree, she is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and ― along with her staff ― has successfully delivered solutions to more than 15 federal government departments and agencies.
In addition, IE’s president believes quality is paramount in the delivery of IE’s solutions, and has been responsible for helping various firms achieve CMMI Level II & III assessments and ISO 9001:2008 registration.
IE delivers a broad range of program management, process improvement and information technology services and solutions to government and commercial clients.
