IE’s consultants promote management decisions based on available information. However, decision management is not only about using data and information, but also improving the process of decision-making.  Using all available information to develop plans, meet objectives, and continuously improve requires shifts in organizational activities and the organization’s culture. Also reporting information and the decision resulting from the decision management process in a timely manner is also key to continuously improving an organization.  IE provides financial data analysis and reporting support to USAID and FOIA data analysis and reporting support to the Department of State to assist these organizations in the their Decision Management & reporting activities.
