Innovative Element (IE) provides professional services support for the Department of State, Office of Information Programs and Services.  IE provides support to various divisions within the organization to ensure compliance with the Freedom of Information and Privacy Acts and other information access programs.  These services include project management, FOIA Analysis, FOIA Processing, Records Management, Special Project Support, and other administrative and professional service support.

Department of Commerce

Innovative Element (IE) provided process improvement support to the Census Bureau, Chief Information Office, Process Improvement Branch, performing government and industry research and support for the development, analysis, and implementation of best practices for the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) within  the CIO.  These services included:

Innovative Element (IE) helps lead the way in developing and supporting multiple systems in the Chief Information Office (CIO) of NLRB. IE is responsible for performing advanced level .NET application design, implementation, and maintenance activities.   IE Services include:

  • Maintaining and enhancing legacy applications

  • Developing, Maintaining and Enhancing Web Applications

  • Customer Support

  • Developing Systems using multiple languages to include cold fusion, ASP, .NET, PHP, JavaScript, VBScript, Drupal, and SharePoint.

United States Agency International Development

Innovative Element (IE) provides Financial Systems support to the Chief Financial Officer organization within USAID. IE services include providing independent analytical and technical support services with an emphasis on financial data analysis.  IE provides financial support to include:

  • Providing Financial Systems Support for Momentum Financial Accounting System

  • Providing Budget Planning and Analysis

  • Providing Business Analysis Support

  • Providing Management Reporting

  • Providing Subject Matter Expertise (SME) for time & Attendance and Payroll Systems
